What happens to the information you send through the forms on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the order or quote forms: your name, your contact details, the date you want and a description of your project. The site sets no analytics cookies and does not follow you from page to page.
What it is used for
To reply to you and prepare your order. Nothing else. Your details are never sold, passed to a third party, or used for marketing.
Where it travels
Your request reaches us on WhatsApp: when you send the form, the conversation opens with your request already written, and you are the one who presses send. It therefore travels through WhatsApp, under that service's own terms. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare: the contents of the form pass through it to be checked, and are stored nowhere. We send no email at this stage.
For how long
Your request stays in the workshop's WhatsApp conversation for as long as it takes to prepare the order and keep a reasonable commercial history. The site keeps nothing: it has no database and no file of requests. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us and we will act on it.
